Refunds

There is no refund on custom ordered whips unless requested prior to completion of order.

If a refund is granted, a restocking fee of 10% of the cost of the whip will be charged for service fees and handling charges.

Delivery

All of our whips are handmade by A Master Plaiter. Lead times for back ordered or custom order whips may vary based upon other work that is in front of your order. We will deliver your whip as quickly as possible, for both in stock and special orders.

Dyes

Leather is a natural material. Depending upon the variance of the hides, actual colors of the leather once dyed will vary.
